Biography
TOM WILSON TEHOHA'HAKE (Two Roads) is a musician, artist and storyteller currently living in Hamilton, Ontario. He is the best-selling author of Beautiful Scars, as well as a five-time Juno winning Canadian musician with multiple gold records. He has written for and recorded songs with countless notable artists, in addition to garnering success with his own bands Junkhouse, Blackie & The Rodeo Kings and Lee Harvey Osmond.

In 2023, he was named to the Order Of Canada for his work in the arts and for his dedication to bettering the lives of Indigenous youth and their communities across the country through his activism. Wilson’s art has shown in galleries in New York City, Vancouver, Toronto and Ottawa; his Residential School Exhibit has touched the hearts of patrons from The Stratford Festival, Queens University, and Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory Cultural Centre. In 2024, his decolonial painting “We Will Not Be Destroyed” joined the roster of works by esteemed artists who have contributed to the development of art in Canada as part of the McMichael Canadian Art Collection in Kleinberg, Ontario.
